- **Sale Price**: Applies only to selected products as indicated on the Site. Some items may be temporarily discounted for promotional events and may be permanently reduced based on sales performance.
- **Permanently Reduced Price**: Marked with terms such as Clearance, Closeout, Permanent Markdown, or Just Reduced. These products will not return to their original price, due to inventory clearance or permanent sales performance adjustments.
- **Everyday Value**: The fixed daily selling price of select products, excluded from regular sales and promotions, but may be discounted during clearance events.
- **Lowest Prices of the Season**: The minimum price for products during the four retail seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Holiday/Winter), which may be further reduced for clearance purposes.
- **If Purchased Separately**: Indicates savings for bundle purchases compared to the regular individual prices of the included items; actual savings may vary if individual items are on sale.

### Promotional Rules
- **Limited Stock**: Offers marked with While Supplies Last, Clearance, Closeout, or Special Purchase are limited to in-stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, even after order confirmation, due to high online order volumes exceeding real-time inventory capabilities.
- **Promo Codes**: Value-added promo codes apply only to specified products, are subject to stated exclusions, and cannot be combined unless explicitly noted on the Site.

### Pricing Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy in product pricing and descriptions but reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time **without prior notice**—including canceling or refusing orders placed based on incorrect pricing/descriptions, even after order acceptance.

If you submit creative ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content (collectively "Comments")—whether unsolicited or at our request—you grant us a **worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free** right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and use such Comments in any medium for any business purpose (including promotion, marketing, and Site improvement).
2. We have no obligation to: (a) keep Comments confidential; (b) compensate you for Comments; (c) respond to Comments.
3. (h) Collect, track, or harvest other users’ personal information without their explicit consent;
(i) Engage in spamming, phishing, crawling, scraping, or any activity that disrupts the Site/Service’s normal operation;
(j) Post or distribute obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable content;
(k) Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Site/Service or related networks/devices.

- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs;
- Intangible losses (goodwill, brand value, etc.)

Arising from your use of the Site/Service, purchase/use of our products, third-party acts/omissions, unauthorized access to your information, or any errors/omissions in Site content—**even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages**.

**Aggregate Liability Cap**: In no event shall SOFUSOFO’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Site/Service exceed the **greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00) or the total amount you paid to SOFUSOFO for products purchased in the ninety (90) day period preceding the claim**.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion/limitation of incidental/consequential damages; in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the **maximum extent permitted by law**.

## Indemnification

## Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

You may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify for such court’s jurisdiction.

## User-Generated Content (UGC) License
By submitting, posting, or displaying any UGC (reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, comments, etc.) on the Site or our social media channels, you grant SOFUSOFO a **worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicensable** right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such UGC in any media for any business purpose.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the UGC, and that SOFUSOFO’s use of the UGC will not infringe any third-party rights.

## Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and all other official policies, notices, and rules posted on the Site (and referenced herein), constitute the **entire agreement** between you and SOFUSOFO with respect to the Site/Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral/written agreements, communications, and proposals between you and us (including any prior versions of these Terms).

The failure of SOFUSOFO to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party (SOFUSOFO).
